Returns eligibility

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags if applicable. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

How to initiate a return:

Approval: Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping: Pack the items securely and ship them back using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Fees:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or defective items:If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
